Ingredients for Tofu Steak
- 1 piece of Momen Tofu สมัคร ufabet
- 100 grams of carrots and mushrooms
- 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- Seasoning sauce (vegan) 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon mushroom sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make tofu steak:
1. Melt the butter from sunflower oil in a pan. Add the tofu and fry over medium-low heat until the skin is browned. Remove and set aside.
2. Add the mushrooms and carrots and continue to stir-fry in the pan. Season with sugar, seasoning sauce, and mushroom sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Spoon over the tofu and it’s done.
Protein-packed, healthy, and quick! This is a perfect dish to make. When you’re busy or in a rush but still want to stay on track and be healthy rather than order take-out. It only took me about 15 minutes to make this plus the time it takes to cook the rice.
